  • Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full cancellation without any additional charges.

If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, the advance booking amount may be retained as a cancellation fee.


2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 3 hours before the appointment will be accommodated without additional charges.

  • Last minute rescheduling requests may be subject to availability.

3. Therapist Delay or Unavailability

If a therapist is delayed or unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, Homecare Therapy will:

  • Inform the customer immediately

  • Offer a rescheduled session

Or provide a refund of the advance booking amount

4. Customer Unavailability

If the therapist arrives at the location and the customer is unavailable or unable to receive the service, the booking may be treated as a last minute cancellation and the advance amount may not be refundable.
