At Homecare Therapy, we understand that plans may change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all customers and therapists, we follow the policy below.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their appointment via website or support team.
  • ✔️ Cancel at least 3 hours before → No charges
  • ⚠️ Cancel within 3 hours → Advance amount may be retained

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling allowed based on therapist availability
  • ✔️ 3+ hours before → No extra charges
  • ⚠️ Last-minute → Depends on availability

3. Therapist Delay or Unavailability

  • Customer will be informed immediately
  • Option to reschedule OR refund

4. Customer Unavailability

  • If customer unavailable at location → treated as last-minute cancellation
  • Advance amount may not be refundable

Refund Policy

1. Eligible Refund Situations

  • Service not provided due to therapist unavailability
  • Cancellation within allowed time
  • Technical or operational issues from our side

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Late cancellation
  • Customer unavailable at location
  • Service partially completed on request
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days
  • Credited to original payment method

4. Advance Booking Amount

Some bookings may require advance payment to secure therapist scheduling, adjusted as per cancellation policy.
